I am a fully accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with over a decade of clinical experience. I specialise in treating anxiety difficulties—such as panic attacks, generalised anxiety, social phobia, and health anxiety—alongside providing support for low mood, OCD, PTSD, and specific phobias. I can also support you through life's ever-changing challenges, when you simply need an impartial and supportive listening ear. My approach is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves a space where clinical expertise meets genuine empathy.
